The chalet has a large open area on the ground floor including the very well equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room with a fireplace.

Note the presence of wood and the cathedral ceiling which bring a touch of warmth and extra space.

This floor also includes a large bathroom with combined tub / shower and a washer / dryer area.

A terrace will allow you to enjoy meals outside!

On the mezzanine you will find the master bedroom which has its own sitting area. Notice the large windows through which the light enters!

The garden level offers a family room with games, babyfoot table and TV as well as a work and music area.

Two bedrooms complete this floor.

Outside, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy a second terrace, the spa and a little further the Adirondak / fire corner and the pretty stream.

In winter, the landscape is just as magnificent and the slope of the land even allows children to slide there, on a sledge!

The chalet is accessible by route 138. You will need to travel by car.

Everything is nearby within 10 km, which is a major asset for browsing in a few minutes the restaurants & microbreweries, art galleries and interesting Pubs.

There are mainly 2 roads: Route 138 and Route 362. We are located exactly on Route 138 6 km before arriving at Baie-St-Paul and 3.3 km past the entrance to the Massif. You can go anywhere in no time. The chalet runs parallel to route 138. There is a wooded area that separates it from the road.

Go for a hike in the fall to see a full panorama of the leaf colors. In winter, enjoy the snow trails with snowshoes, cross-country skiing and winter walks on the slopes of the capes just 30 minutes away.

Le Massif de Charlevoix * ski center is only 10 minutes away.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
