The surrounding area:
30 minutes from downtown Baie St-Paul, its lively atmosphere, good restaurants and art galleries, hiking, golf, sea and river kayaking, and more!
From the Hotel Le Germain, during the season, book a pleasant round-trip train ride along the river to the Massif de la Petite-Rivière-St-François.
Located 45 minutes from the Massif ski slopes, 25 minutes from the Mont Grand-Fonds alpine and cross-country ski resort and less than 20 minutes from the Les Sources Joyeuses family outdoor centre (skating, sledding and cross-country skiing). It is possible to put on snowshoes from the house and walk in the surrounding woods and meadows to admire the local nature and the river.
Less than 10 minutes from the Charlevoix Casino, the Manoir Richelieu, the Charlevoix astrobleme, St-Irénée beach and the music concerts at Domaine Forget.
10 minutes from La Malbaie, which also has some good restaurants and offers superb walks out into the bay at low tide.
In the beautiful Charlevoix region, fishing enthusiasts will be delighted and it is also possible to take a whale watching excursion on the majestic St. Lawrence River.
Also visit the Grands Jardins National Park (20 min away) and the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park (45 min away).

Booking conditions
Terms:
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.
- Animals are strictly forbidden!
- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.
- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.
- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.
- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.
- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.
- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.
Responsibilities:
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).
General provisions:
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
