Contemporary semi-detached house nestled in the slopes of Owl's Head and perfect for an outdoor, ski or golf vacation!

You go on skis and the track is a few seconds away! Golf is also nearby, so you can choose your favorite sport.

This is a large chalet that can be used by several people.

Gather in the living room or around the outdoor fire pit with a view, in all seasons. Here, you will be surrounded by outdoor enthusiasts like you!

It is a perfectly equipped chalet, in the kitchen, with everything you will need to concoct good meals after a day spent outdoors. The large island will be perfect for aperitifs!

It is also equipped with a cellar.

You can enjoy the large terrace surrounded by trees or the fire place from where you will have a bird's eye view of Lake Memphremagog!

The living room is arranged in two distinct parts, so it will be easy to gather around the combustion stove or to listen to a good TV series a little further away, seated comfortably.

The first floor includes 2 bedrooms and a complete bathroom.

You will find a second living room with TV and 2 other bedrooms on the ground floor.

It is on this floor that you can store your skis and sports equipment. Glove and boot dryers have been installed in a Mod Room which has direct access to the outside. You can also place your skis on an external wooden support provided for this purpose.

A bathroom with washer/dryer corner completes the layout.

You will have access to all the accommodation and the outdoor area.

You will be close to the slopes and therefore right in the center of a tourist resort and other condo and chalet units.

The magnificent Owl's Head Golf Club is at the base of the mountain. Its terrace in summer offers you a spectacular sunset!

You will be about 30 minutes from Magog and also about 30 minutes from Jay Peak in Vermont.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
