The apartment offers a large common area including a kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

Let yourself be seduced by the touches of color which add cheerfulness, as well as the spectacular height of the ceilings!

You will have everything you need to cook and can enjoy your meals around the kitchen island, the dining room table or even on the outdoor terrace, when the season permits. A spa is also at your disposal on the terrace for moments of ultimate relaxation!

The condo includes three bedrooms on the same level as well as two full bathrooms. The first, adjoining the master bedroom, is equipped with a shower and a freestanding bathtub, as is the second, intended for your guests.

The outdoor terrace will be your refuge in season, with its spa and breathtaking view! Don't deny your pleasure and come visit the island!

You have access to all rooms, including the large outdoor terrace.

To access the apartment, please use the central entrance of the building. The elevator is a few doors down.

Free parking is also available at the foot of the apartment for your comfort (unallocated spaces).

Île d'Orléans is full of treasures to discover! Just 15 kilometers from Old Quebec, it marks the border between the river and the St. Lawrence estuary, thus constituting the largest heritage site in Quebec.

Explore the charming villages along the St. Lawrence River and immerse yourself in the history, architecture and heritage of the island. It was in Saint-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans that Félix Leclerc, a great Quebec poet, spent his last 30 years.

And of course, don't miss tasting the local agrotourism products, such as apples, strawberries, wines, ciders and maple delicacies, which testify to the authenticity of the island's inhabitants!

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
