The unit includes a large open area which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen.Notice the large windows, the wood floors, the ceiling beams, the fireplace in the living room and the space!!
Everything is focused so that you can have a pleasant time there, in complete privacy. Meet around the island to enjoy your morning latte or prepare a delicious meal for your guests!
The dining room can easily accommodate 6 guests.
Do you like to get some fresh air? In season, a large terrace with table, armchairs and BBQ will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature. A patio heater is even provided for the cooler evenings!
You will also have a 4-season outdoor sauna available.It is located on the back lot, near the river.
The condo has a good-sized bedroom (Queen bed), a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and plenty of storage!
This is a perfect place for your outdoor and ski weekends or your vacation alone or as a couple. Have a good stay !
You have access to the entire accommodation and two outdoor parking spaces.
A Finnish sauna is available free of charge during your stay. It is located near the river and is shared by all residents staying in the building.
*We would like to inform you that a new building is under construction nearby, which may cause some noise during your stay. We thank you for your understanding.
Just a few minutes from Mont-Orford Park and its services, downtown Magog and Lake Memphremagog.
Access to Highway 10 is also a few minutes away.
The region offers many activities, whatever the season: skiing, hiking, cycling, golf, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, vineyards, orchards, or even magnificent fall colors at Mont Orford.
You can walk to some nearby shops and restaurants, but most of the time you will have to use a car.

Booking conditions
Terms:
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.
- Animals are strictly forbidden!
- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.
- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.
- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.
- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.
- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.
- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.
Responsibilities:
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).
General provisions:
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
