It offers a large kitchen and a cozy open concept living room as well as three comfortable bedrooms on the garden level. From the terrace of this beach house, you can admire the movement of the boats while tasting delicious barbeque.

You will fall in love with the warmth of this house located in the heart of Pointe au Pic!

A few minutes from several attractions, it is the ideal home to have your foot on the ground in Charlevoix.

We ask that our visitors be courteous and respectful of the property and the tranquility of the environment.

The entire house will be yours for the duration of your stay.

You can easily contact us by e-mail or telephone for any questions or assistance you may need.

The hamlet of Cap Blanc is a private upscale estate! Surrounded by a forest of red and silver pines, you will find tranquility and harmony with nature and the opportunity to indulge in your favorite activities.

Located 10 minutes from Casino de Charlevoix, near the ski resorts of Le Massif and Mont Grand-Fond (about 55 minutes by car), from the beach of St-Irénée and the Forget area, this house is ideal to fully enjoying the tourist sports, music and activities. A few steps from Malbaie and its famous tables, you will have a memorable stay at the lighthouse of Irene!

There are three parking spaces at the house.

Snowmobile trail:

The snowmobile trail is on the side of the road. It is about 3 km from the cottage.

Parking is free.

We're closest to that big track there and it starts at the mansion.

Otherwise, you have to go through the fields and they're not well marked. It's better to take your trailer to go to the big track and it's really well indicated. All those who have snowmobiles also like to take off from there.
