First, you will find on entering that you will never run out of space!
A large closet, a mudroom and a bathroom make up the entrance. You will also have access to a staircase leading to the basement.
On the left, on the same floor, will be the open area that includes the remarkably well-equipped kitchen, including a large island and a window large enough to admire the view of the woods and the river!
You can take advantage of this island for family breakfasts or après-ski aperitifs.
This room is also perfect for cooking in a group. It is open to the dining room and the living room with fireplace and flat screen TV.
The modular sofa is wide enough to accommodate all your guests!
You will have a good time watching movies or series with your loved ones, all enhanced by the warmth of the electric fireplace.
Further on, a terrace is fitted out for outdoor dining. It has its own patio heater for the cooler evenings in the fall.
You will find two good-sized bedrooms on the ground floor, including the master bedroom, and a large bathroom with a shower and a freestanding bathtub. You will also have all the storage you need.
The basement will be the haunt of teenagers or adults, with its second living room with two sofas, its table football, its tv, its yoga room, its second full bathroom and its laundry room.
To top it off, this unit includes a locker in the basement to store skis, bikes and more. Want more?

You will have access to the entire condo, common indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as parking.
A Finnish sauna is available free of charge during your stay. It is located near the river and is shared by all residents staying in the building.

The condo is located between the city of Magog and Mont-Orford.
The region offers many activities, whatever the season: skiing, hiking, biking, golf, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, vineyards, orchards, or even magnificent fall colors at Mont Orford.
You can walk to reach some shops, restaurants or cafes. The other attractions will be accessible by car.

Booking conditions
Terms:
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.
- Animals are strictly forbidden!
- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.
- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.
- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.
- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.
- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.
- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.
Responsibilities:
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).
General provisions:
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
