The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed in a bright open area, perfect for group meetings.

Take a seat on one of the terraces and sip your morning coffee or your glass of wine while contemplating the landscapes that await you.

The dining room is an ideal space for a traditional meal.

If you plan to extend your stay on the island, the kitchen, equipped with household appliances and everything you need to cook a meal, will seem essential to you. You will also find on the island an impressive number of local products, perfect for cooking.

The two bedrooms, upstairs, are pretty and have large windows.

You can enjoy the view while lying in your cozy bed; a privilege for our visitors!

A bathroom, with bath and shower, completes the interior fittings.

The garden will be the ideal space to gather around the fire, no matter the time of day or the season, in order to better appreciate the view of the island and Mont-Sainte-Anne.

Your hosts are happy to offer you access to their home (excluding access to the basement) for the entire duration of your reservation.

You will have to travel by car. The tour of the island is 67 km, you can also cover it by bike.

Île d'Orléans is full of favourites! Located about 15 kilometers from Old Quebec, it marks the boundary between the river and the St. Lawrence estuary and is today the most important heritage site in Quebec.

Take a tour of Île d'Orléans and discover the architecture, history and heritage of the charming villages that line the St. Lawrence River. It is also in Saint-Pierre-de-l'île-d'Orléans that Félix Leclerc, a great Quebec poet, lived his last 30 years. And, of course, don't miss tasting the various agrotourism products (apples, strawberries, wines, ciders and maple products) that reflect the authenticity of the island's inhabitants!

It is possible to go around the island by bike. If you circle the entire island, you cover 67 kilometers with more than 400 meters of elevation gain crossing six parishes.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
