Ski and resort enthusiasts will be delighted by this luxurious and brand new condo, the perfect place to shelter your desire for relaxation.

This is the perfect base camp to relax after a day of skiing or a trip to the beautiful Estrie region.

It is a triplex with two floors each with mountain views.

This charming contemporary style condo can accommodate up to six people and is fully equipped to prepare for your intimate festivities or dinners.

Whatever the season, you can play sports to lose your breath, prepare meals with friends, family or lovers and enjoy these special moments.

It has a spacious open concept, a kitchen, a living room, a family room and two bedrooms.

* It is important to note that the pond is not swimmable and you are also asked not to walk or skate on it, in winter. Thank you for your collaboration.

Bedrooms :

2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people will be at your disposal:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed (ground floor)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed (upstairs)

Living room 1: 1 sofa bed + smart TV with cable and Netflix.

Kitchen:

You will have access to everything you need to enjoy good meals with family or friends. Microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. A fondue stove and a raclette stove will also be at your disposal.

Standard filter coffee machine, filters included.

Bathroom :

You will have access to 2 full bathrooms.

Living room :

Wifi which offers high speed internet and several TV channels.

Exterior:

Terrace with table and chairs + BBQ.

You will also have access to the 4-season spa (6 people) and the heated swimming pool, in season (from June 1 to October 1), both shared between all travelers in the on-site units.

As with Spring, the chalet gives you direct access to the alpine ski slopes. Cross-Country skiing, hiking and snowshoing enthusiasts will also find something for them. Designed and thought out for athletes, the numerous storage spaces will allow for easy disposal of equipment.

In the heart of summer there is nothing better than a weekly, monthly or all-season rental in order to take advantage of the perfectly situated site on the shores of Lake Memphremagog. 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
