Winter activities include an ice rink, walking trails, fat bikes (lockers on site) and, of course, Le Massif ski resort, just 35 minutes away.
A bike wash station (with hose) is located at the southeast corner of the building, near the garage.

Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking trails and in summer one of the best mountain bike trail networks. What sets Mont Ste-Anne apart is the variety of trails offered, while the most seasoned experts will find what they are looking for and beginner families too. Cross-country skiing, endurance, downhill biking, wave trails, etc.
The road to New France:
The New France Route, linking Old Quebec to Côte-de-Beaupré: first windmill (1651), first place of pilgrimage (Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré 1658), heritage houses and many other treasures.
Sainte-Anne Canyon:
Impressive canyon carved into 1.2 billion year old rock by a spectacular 74 m drop (higher than Niagara Falls). Cross 3 suspension bridges including one located at 60 m.
Montmorency Falls Park:
Standing 83 metres tall and 30 metres higher than the famous Niagara Falls, Montmorency Falls is spectacular in both summer and winter.
River shuttles, Côte-de-Beaupré:

Terms:
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.
- Animals are strictly forbidden!
- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.
- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.
- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.
- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.
- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.
- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.
Responsibilities:
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).
General provisions:
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
