Spread over three levels, this townhouse combines comfort and functionality, ready to welcome you as you feel at home:
• Ground floor: Enter an open area with a contemporary style, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV, working remotely or cooking in a fully equipped kitchen. The atmosphere is friendly and perfect for shared moments. A bathroom completes this level.
• Upstairs: two bright and well-appointed bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with bath and shower.
• Basement: a third bedroom, ideal for a teenager, a colleague or guests, a family room with TV — the perfect place for a movie night — and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outside, two private parking spaces are available in the back, directly opposite the balcony of the house.
Whether you're on a work trip, transition, or looking for a new setting for a few weeks, this townhouse offers you the right balance between comfort, convenience, and local vibe.
