Some homes truly live up to their names. La Belle Champêtre is one of them!
Located in Mansonville, in the Eastern Townships, this home combines the charm of the countryside with the pleasure of beautiful interiors.
Four bedrooms, elegant decor, a spa with a view of the mountains, a large terrace from which to admire the sunsets, and a basement dedicated to recreation.
All set on a spacious lot bordered by mature trees, just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Montreal!
With its gray-blue exterior and white trim, La Belle Champêtre exudes a rustic charm that extends into the interior.
Wood, natural materials, and tone-on-tone shades come together to create a warm decor, with that understated elegance that makes all the difference.
The house accommodates up to eight people in four comfortable bedrooms.
Two of them also feature additional single beds - a particularly practical arrangement for families with young children!
The common areas have received just as much attention as the bedrooms. As soon as you walk in, you’ll notice the care that’s gone into the design - and you’ll already be eager to explore the rest of the house!
On the ground floor, a beautiful living area combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that seats up to eight guests, and a particularly comfortable living room, bathed in light and featuring an electric fireplace.
Upstairs, a small office area at the top of the stairs is perfect for making a few calls or working when needed.
The basement holds another wonderful surprise: a second living room with a home theater, a pool table, a foosball table, and board games.
An entire floor dedicated to leisure and relaxation - especially appreciated during stays with family or friends.
Outside, the large terrace features a hot tub, patio furniture, and a BBQ, all set against the backdrop of the mountains.
The sunsets there are spectacular and offer a different show every evening!
A short distance from the house, near the mature trees, a cozy fireplace area invites you to linger into the evening, coffee in hand.
In both summer and fall, the lush vegetation surrounding it gives it a very special charm.
The vast, flat lot also adds to the elegance of this property.
Finally, just a few minutes away by car, the village of Mansonville invites you to explore its local shops and services.
A bakery, coffee roaster, grocery store with an SAQ outlet, restaurants, and other local favourites are all within walking distance once you reach the heart of the village.
Just a two-minute walk away, a municipal trail off Chemin Boright leads to the Missisquoi North River, a hidden gem for peaceful kayaking on calm waters.
The surrounding mountains, ski resorts, golf courses, and many regional attractions also offer plenty of activities year-round.
You have access to the entire house and all of its indoor and outdoor facilities.
The Hôtel à la maison team is available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay, either through the platform's messaging system or by email.
