Here, everything has been designed to maximize space and make your life easy and pleasant, both indoors and outdoors.
Have breakfast while looking at the lake, jump in the spa, go for a stroll on the water's edge or prepare an outdoor fire with friends!
At the chalet, happiness does not need permission.
You will find everything you need in this chalet, including:
Two living rooms, one on the ground floor and the other in the basement
Two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two double beds, in the basement
A bathroom (laundry area)
A slow combustion stove (wood is not provided)
A smart TV in the basement
Prepare good meals and enjoy life, with your little family or friends, both inside and outside!
The spa is available all year round.
You will also have access to 2 kayaks and life jackets (10)

About 15 minutes by car from the property, you will find a grocery store, an SAQ, a pharmacy as well as a few restaurants.

You have the possibility of taking advantage of 2 chalets which will make you enjoy the joys of winter! Under a radiant sun, snowshoes or skis on your feet, enjoy the powder snow and the tranquility of the place.
In winter, experience the Frontenac National Park! On the edge of Lac des Ours, explore the park under its white coat. You will be tempted to discover the 3 snowshoe trails, including one located in a maple grove. If you do not have snowshoes, you can rent them on site.
Come and enjoy more than 12 km of trails ranging from easy to intermediate.

Booking conditions
Terms:
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.
- Animals are strictly forbidden!
- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.
- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.
- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.
- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.
- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.
- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.
Responsibilities:
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).
General provisions:
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
