Decorated with an open area, a mezzanine, a wood-burning fireplace, exposed beams and large windows on two levels, it will be the ideal landmark for your getaways in the region.
Come and take it easy at Les Éboulements where you will quickly be conquered by the beauty of the place and the view!
Entirely wooden construction on three floors, with open area and mezzanine. The chalet has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 travelers.
Everyone will have their own privacy.
First discover the open area which includes the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with TV and wood fireplace.
This floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and gives access to the terrace from where you can quietly contemplate the view while enjoying an aperitif or a good meal!
The mezzanine is a parental suite in itself; there is a bedroom, a living area and a full bathroom with an antique-style bathtub and shower. Note the warmth of the place and the view!
On the garden level are two other bedrooms, a family room with TV and another bathroom.
It will be through the garden level that you will have access to the spa and the grounds.

It is in St-Joseph-de-la-Rive that you can also access the ferry leading to L'Isle-aux-Coudres.

The geographical location allows you to explore nearby Baie St-Paul, Les Éboulements, Ilse-aux-coudres and Malbaie.

- Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur du chalet. Veuillez utiliser les espaces appropriés à l’extérieur et jeter les mégots aux endroits destinés à cette fin.
- Les animaux sont strictement interdits !
- Il est important de se conformer aux heures d’arrivée et de départ par respect pour nos équipes d’entretien et nos visiteurs. En cas de non-respect, des frais pourront s’appliquer.
- Le nombre de personnes présentes lors de la location doit être conforme à celle indiquée au contrat.
- Le locataire s’engage à respecter des règles de conduite et ne pas déranger les voisins et résidents du secteur. Il devra s’en tenir à un niveau de bruit raisonnable, et ce, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Après 23h, les bruits doivent être réduits à un minimum, surtout à l’extérieur. Les fêtes sont interdites.
- Vous devez mettre en pratique toutes les consignes reliées à l’utilisation du chalet qui vous sont remises par le locateur ou que vous trouverez directement sur place.
- Le locataire ne peut céder ses droits, en vertu du contrat de location, ni sous-louer le chalet.
- Si l’une ou l’autre de ces conditions n’est pas respectée durant votre séjour, le propriétaire se réserve le droit de vous expulser, et ce, sans aucun autre avis ni remboursement.
Responsabilités :
- Le locataire doit aviser le locateur de tout bris ou dommage causé durant son séjour.
- Le locataire est responsable des dommages matériels et corporels survenus dans le chalet loué pendant la période de location, et ce, peu importe la raison, sauf dans le cas de dommages non causés par celui-ci ou ses occupants et ceux résultant de vice de construction, défaut d’entretien, catastrophes naturelles et technologiques, et tout dommage normalement couvert par le contrat d’assurance habitation du locateur. Le locataire et toute autre personne se trouvant sur les lieux loués s’engagent à tenir le locateur quitte et indemne de toute réclamation présentée par qui que ce soit résultant des dommages dont ils sont responsables.
- Le locataire s’engage à remettre le chalet loué à la fin de sa période de location dans le même état qu’à son arrivée. Le locataire est responsable des bris causés par ses faits personnels et ceux des personnes qui l’accompagnent et il se verra remettre une facture pour tout dommage causé à la propriété (sauf l’usure normale des lieux).
Dispositions générales :
- Le locateur ne pourra être tenu responsable de tout accident, blessure ou maladie qui résulte de la faute du locataire, pouvant survenir au locataire ou à ses invités durant le séjour. En acceptant cette réservation, le locataire et ses invités acceptent les risques associés à leur séjour à la propriété.
- Le locateur ne pourra être tenu responsable du vol ou de la perte des biens du locataire ou de ses invités lors de leur séjour.
