You will first be amazed by the breathtaking view, as soon as you arrive!

The ground floor is defined by a large open area which includes a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a superb gourmet kitchen which has its own island for aperitifs and the preparation of meals, with family or friends.

The dining room opens onto a terrace where you will have the impression of being the kings of the world, so the view is splendid! The glass railings allow a full height view of the sunrises.

Coming back inside, you will have access to a powder room and a staircase leading to the garden level family room which is the main floor of the bedrooms.

A corridor will take you to the master bedroom then to two other bedrooms which can be used for children or even friends.

You will find sufficient storage, two other bathrooms with showers, a washer / dryer space and access to the spa where you will want to relax without restraint because the view is so magnificent.

A right of access for travelers to the Les Vallons des Éboulements cross-country ski and snowshoe trails (14 km and 4 ski runs, 22 km and 9 snowshoe trails) is also included!

Located in the magnificent tourist region of Charlevoix, the municipality of Les Éboulements stretches between the St. Lawrence River and the mountains of the Laurentian range.

It was established on the territory of the meteorite crater of Charlevoix (dating back 350 million years), the center of which is Mont des Éboulements, reaching an altitude of over 768 meters. Spectacular landscapes can be observed across the Route du Fleuve (route 362).

The lesser-known but equally picturesque ranges of Sainte-Marie, Saint-Antoine, Saint-Nicolas towards the Laurentian wall as well as the sectors of Cap-aux-Oies and Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive which give access to the River are worth the detour.

Travel is by car.

You will find a convenience store, restaurants and a chocolate factory nearby! You will also be 12 minutes from the town of Saint-Irénée where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Charlevoix.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
