The chalet is nestled on a large wooded lot, providing privacy at the rear of the chalet for a Spa overlooking the woods as well as room for an outdoor fire. This is the place to rent if you are a nature lover.

This furnished family chalet is fully equipped.

This is a semi-detached type house with only one neighbor. The huge windows facing the mountain and day-long sunlight offer unparalleled privacy and brightness.

Close to Le Massif de Charlevoix ski resort and 10 minutes from Baie Saint-Paul, this fully equipped and newly redecorated chalet can accommodate up to 10 people. It is the ideal place for your gatherings with family and friends in a warm and relaxing atmosphere all year round.

You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, Espresso coffee machine, crock pot, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils at your disposal.

Living room has cable television and an electric fireplace on the ground floor.

The upstairs living room comes with a sofa bed and cable TV.

A 4 season Spa will be available during your stay!

Just 10 minutes away, visit the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François. Visit the wharf (rue du Quai), fish or just watch the river and admire the view, then you can go to the Casse-croûte and have a bite to eat with a breathtaking view. Explore the town and its historic sites.

The chalet is located at the foot of Mont Gabrielle-Roy.

This Gabrielle-Roy East trail offers hikers a forest walk that ascends to the top of Mont Gabrielle-Roy. The trail leads to a promontory from where you can overlook the St. Lawrence River, the Charlevoix mountains and the surrounding landscape.

Gabrielle Roy Trail is an 11.4 kilometer round trip hike located near Petite-Rivière-Saint-Francois.

The trail goes through a forest and its difficulty is rated as moderate. The trail offers several activities and is accessible all year round. Dogs are welcome on this trail but only with a leash.

Enjoy the great outdoors and a multitude of activities.

Ideally located in Charlevoix, the Chalet is in close proximity to cross-country skiing, hiking and snowshoeing trails. In summer, you can also go cycling, hiking, kayaking, rafting and more.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
