Welcome to this little paradise on the shores of Lake Louise, a haven for nature lovers and unique atmospheres steeped in history!

With its peaceful lake, dock, spa and almost monastic atmosphere, the Louise refuge is just waiting for you!

The owners have meticulously integrated noble materials from a monastery into their décor, creating a unique atmosphere that will immerse you in a true oasis of calm, ideal for a soothing vacation.

As you enter the estate, you'll find a gym building on the left. Perfect for working out or practicing your morning yoga!

The main chalet, facing the lake, welcomes you to a space where every detail has been carefully thought out. From the moment you enter, the unique fireplace creates a warm ambience in the open-plan living and dining area. Slate walls, built-in furniture and a white staircase leading to the upper floor add to the warm atmosphere.

The well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare delicious meals while chatting with your guests in the adjoining room.

A powder room completes the first floor layout, open to the outdoors, with access to an outdoor terrace/dining room/spa overlooking the lake, a dock and a fire pit for relaxing in peace and quiet.

Upstairs, you'll find the same monastic ambience, with a master bedroom featuring wide curtains and a king-size bed that includes its own sitting area, ideal for your intimate comfort.

Two further bedrooms, one on the same floor as the master bedroom, with a Queen-size bed and a study area, and the other arranged as a dormitory with a King-size bed and a Queen-size bed, on the upper floor, comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people.

A bathroom with shower completes the picture.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
