The property, dressed all in black, is designed and perfectly adapted for small families coming to take refuge in Charlevoix!

It impresses, at first glance, with its warm decor.Designed so that you can enjoy the view, the nearby activities as well as this bright interior, you will be at home very quickly.

Every detail has been thought of and every step in this house will fill you with joy!

Whether you are looking for a break of a few days or an extended stay, the Mystic will be the perfect destination for your vacation!

The ground floor offers a large open area which includes the kitchen, its huge island and its "Butler's Pantry", the dining area and the living room which includes a gas fireplace. You will also find a large pantry, a terrace and a bathroom.

Note the omnipresent blond wood, the cathedral ceiling, the windows that were made larger so that plenty of natural light can enter.

The garden level will be your front door and most often, the place where you will leave your personal belongings, your boots and others.

In winter, you can benefit from a boot warmer and several hooks for all the family's ski or hiking mittens and gloves!

On this floor there are two bedrooms, one of which can accommodate parents and young children on its own, thanks to bunk beds.

There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washer-dryer area.

But it is upstairs, on the mezzanine, that the show and the view will be the most grandiose! This place serves as both a bedroom and a playroom.

The bed is placed in a space where the windows form a sort of alcove all around. This mezzanine also includes a TV corner and a relaxation and/or reading area sheltered from the noise of the household.

It is important to note that the entire house is adapted so that families can live there without the slightest worry.

Thus, you will find baby gates at the top of the stairs, children's dishes, two extra benches for the dining room, a playpen which can become a bed as well as a modular sofa which serves as games and which can be also transforms into a bed, if necessary.

Outside there is also a children's play area.

Located in the magnificent tourist region of Charlevoix, the municipality of Éboulements extends between the St. Lawrence River and the mountains of the Laurentides chain.

It is established on the territory of the meteorite crater of Charlevoix (dating 350 million years) whose center point is the Mont des Éboulements, culminating at more than 768 meters above sea level. Spectacular landscapes can be observed across the Route du Fleuve (route 362).

The lesser known but equally picturesque ranges of Sainte-Marie, Saint-Antoine, Saint-Nicolas towards the Laurentian wall as well as the sectors of Cap-aux-Oies and Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive which provide access at the River are worth the detour.

You will have to travel by car, but everything is within reasonable distance.

You will be 25 minutes from the Manoir Richelieu Golf Course and the Charlevoix Casino, 30 minutes from the Massif de Charlevoix and the Grands Jardins national park, 45 minutes from the Mont Grand-Fonds ski center and 60 minutes from the Mont Grand-Fonds national park. Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie.

Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, golf and spectacular views await you!

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
