The space

Welcome to this contemporary construction bathed in light, designed to invite you to complete rest!

Start your visit on the ground floor, where light abounds in a spacious open area.

When you enter, you will immediately be struck by the spectacular staircase, the cathedral ceiling decorated with wood and the glass mezzanine that invites you to take refuge there.

The living room and dining room are welcoming, with their particular style and Mid Century touches. These wisely reclaimed pieces of furniture instantly warm the atmosphere.

Notice the refined and perfectly harmonious decoration which adds to the atmosphere!

The kitchen offers a contemporary touch, with exceptional functionality and all the amenities you could want:

You'll have plenty of space to prepare delicious meals in this well-equipped kitchen.

In addition, the lunch counter is the ideal place to enjoy invigorating breakfasts or quick meals between two outdoor activities.

Take advantage of this functional kitchen to cook with ease and enjoy your favorite dishes.

Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a covered patio equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying all meals in season, thanks to this alcove created expressly for this purpose.

Further on, Adirondack trees have been placed so that you can fully enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Heading back inside you will find three bedrooms, all a good size with comfortable Queen beds.

Note once again the vintage touches that add charm to each room.

The master suite has its own bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and separate shower. You will have two sinks for optimal comfort as a couple.

The house includes two other bathrooms, both equipped with showers and a large, bright laundry room with a long counter that will delight the most demanding.

Back in the main room, you can go up to the mezzanine which offers a single room that can be used as a family room and/or office for teleworking.

The personal touches, once again vintage, brought to the decoration, will delight every traveler who goes there.

Outside, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the land and the beautiful Laurentian forest that surrounds this oasis.

This medium-term rental option will allow you to fully enjoy the peaceful environment of the place, while exploring the wonders of the region, at your own pace.

You will have access to the entire house, except the garage. You can also enjoy the front and back lands!

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Booking conditions

  • It is forbidden to smoke inside the chalet. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.
  • Animals are strictly forbidden
  • It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.
  • The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.
  • The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.
  • You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the chalet which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.
  • The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the chalet.
  • If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities

  • The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
  • The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented chalet during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.
  • The tenant agrees to return the rented chalet at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions

  • The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.
  • The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
