First floor:

As soon as you walk through the front door, the living room with its fireplace* invites you to moments of relaxation and conviviality.

Harmoniously linked to the dining room, this room offers a magnificent view of the lake, creating an ideal atmosphere for warm family meals. You'll feel enveloped in a cozy shelter.

An adjacent terrace, equipped with a dining area (available in season) and a year-round hot tub, invites you to enjoy the pleasures of the outdoors.

The generously-sized, fully-equipped kitchen features a dining area and stools near the island, creating a convivial space for preparing meals, enjoying breakfasts or aperitifs according to the preferences of family members or guests.

You can even work here at your convenience!

On the first floor, a shower room completes the living space.

Second floor:

The first-floor bedroom, equipped with a Double bed, gives access to a bathroom with shower including a washer-dryer area.

From here, another spacious room with a Queen-size bed and two single bunk beds offers a picturesque view of the lake.

Note that these spaces are adjoining, but curtains have been added to preserve occupants' privacy.

Basement:

The basement houses a versatile space with a family room featuring a Single + extra bed, plus table soccer and games, for entertaining moments. An exit to the outside provides easy access to the grounds.

Surrounded by greenery, the property offers direct access to the dock and lake!

Enjoy water activities with pedal boats, canoes and kayaks available, creating unforgettable memories along the water.

This St-Zénon family retreat is more than just a cottage; it's a lakeside experience typical of family vacations.

You'll have access to the entire chalet, grounds, dock and lake.

We're discreet, but you can reach us easily by e-mail or phone.

You'll find a grocery store (SAQ), restaurants, a café and a few other facilities, including a hardware store, in St-Zénon.

In winter :

Saint-Zénon sur glace is a charming winter village on Lac Saint-Louis, where some 30 fishing huts are carefully set up. From late January to early March, over a period of 6 to 8 weeks, the village becomes the scene of numerous activities and events.

You can rent a fully-equipped hut and all the necessary equipment for an unforgettable ice-fishing experience.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
