The first level includes a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room with a solid wood table and a living room with leather sofas, facing the fireplace. You will find a television with plasma screen, a media library and a home theater. This floor includes a bathroom with ceramic shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious bedroom with a large closet.

On the mezzanine is the large master bedroom with Queen bed. It has its office area as well as a private bathroom with a cedar-covered shower, toilet and sink. Large windows let in light and provide a breathtaking view of nature.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom and a living room. This floor also includes a washer/dryer area and a closet/storage.

A room adjoining the chalet has been specially built and furnished to fully enjoy summer evenings.

A play area has also been set up to amuse young and old alike.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace with spa that offers a full view of the forest.

It is important to note that the chalet is located on a private domain where silence and respect for others are not only desired but imperative.

Any party is therefore prohibited according to the municipal regulations in force.

You will have access to the chalet and the land.

List of regulations established by the municipality:

- It is forbidden to cause noise that may disturb the peace within the neighborhood.

- It is also forbidden to use fireworks.

- At all times, occupants must cease all outside activities that may generate noise from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the next morning.

- It is strictly forbidden to install one or more tents, trailers, tent-trailers and other recreational vehicles on the site or any other site nearby.

- It is also prohibited to use accessory buildings for lodging purposes.

- It is forbidden for any occupant to launch their boat, rowboat, canoe, kayak, pontoon or any other personal, rented or borrowed boat on any body of water in the Municipality of Saint-Côme, with the exception of boats already provided by us.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
