Unit on the 2nd level offering exceptional construction quality and all the luxury desired for a perfect stay with family or friends!

It includes an open area that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. You will spend evenings there in complete relaxation mode without worrying about anything and you will be the lords of the place!

The kitchen is perfectly equipped to play chef and receive your guests: a large island is provided for preparing meals, a quick lunch between two outdoor activities or even an aperitif with friends.

2 bedrooms furnish the space:

The first has a King bed and offers an adjoining bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.

You can also telework or take your emails there thanks to an office space provided for this purpose.

The second bedroom contains a Queen bed. She also has her own workspace.

A second bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room complete the interior layout.

The outdoor terrace is huge (23 x 15 feet!) and offers a lovely view of the adjacent wooded area.

It is here that you can enjoy good meals outdoors, thanks to the BBQ Plancha, and take advantage of the outdoor lounge or the spa which can accommodate up to 6 people.

Note the mosquito net which occupies the entire vertical surface!

The condo is located between the city of Magog and Mont-Orford.

The region offers many activities, whatever the season: skiing, hiking, cycling, golf, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, vineyards, orchards, or even magnificent fall colors at Mont Orford.

You can travel by bike to certain attractions in season, but most trips will have to be made by car.

Booking conditions

Terms:

- It is forbidden to smoke inside the property. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and our visitors. In the event of non-compliance, charges may apply.

- The number of people present during the rental must comply with that indicated in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. He will have to stick to a reasonable noise level, both inside and outside. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Parties are prohibited.

- You must put into practice all the instructions related to the use of the property which are given to you by the landlord or which you will find directly on site.

- The tenant cannot assign his rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If one or other of these conditions is not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to expel you, without any further notice or refund.

Responsibilities:

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.

- The tenant is liable for material and bodily damage occurring in the rented property during the rental period, regardless of the reason, except in the case of damage not caused by it or its occupants and those resulting from a defect in construction, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's home insurance contract. The lessee and any other person on the rented premises agree to hold the lessor harmless from any claim presented by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of his rental period in the same condition as on his arrival. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by his personal acts and those of the people accompanying him and he will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises).

General provisions:

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the tenant, which may occur to the tenant or his guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the renter and his guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or his guests during their stay.
